Advanced reservation for our services is recommended. A major credit card is required to hold your reservation(s). If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 24 hours’ notice. Appointments that are canceled, changed, or rescheduled with less than a 24-hour notice will be billed 100% of each service. No-shows will also be billed 100% of the scheduled service.

We suggest you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may only receive the remaining available appointment time as a courtesy to other guests. You are responsible for and will be charged the total service fee.

Guests under the age of 18 require parental consent for their scheduled services.

We love children. However, no child under the age of 12 is permitted in the spa without an appointment. Children under 12 may not wait in the lobby unless supervised by an adult.

Austin Urban Retreat gift cards are a wonderful way to give the gift of health, wellness, relaxation, and beauty to the special people in your life. Gift cards can be purchased at the front desk or online. Gift cards are treated as cash, so lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable. Our gift cards expire one year from purchase. All sales are final.

Unopened products with accompanying receipts can be returned for spa credit or exchanged for another product within 14 days of purchase. Products without accompanying receipt or products that have been opened/used cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final on gift cards.

If you are happy with your service, it is customary to give your therapist 15-20% of the total service price in gratuity.

Austin Urban Retreat accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We do not accept personal checks.

For small gatherings or meetings with mini-spa treatments, bachelorette parties, or the option to rent out the entire spa for the evening or a weekend spa mini-destination retreat, our Events Team can cater to any party’s needs. Whether you are bonding with friends or impressing a business client, we will assist you with catering options and scheduling coordination so that you can relax.

Spacious private event space is available at Austin Urban Retreat. You may also rent out the entire spa! All eight treatment rooms are at your service with a full range of spa services for your event, including massage, skincare, and more. Catering is available upon request.
